Dean Computer Corp prides itself on offering

benefits. Our full benefits package includes the following:
Health
Care Insurance
DCC employees have the option to obtain full
health care coverage for
themselves and their families. This includes Vision and
Dental coverage. DCC will pay up to the first $400 of an
employee's monthly health insurance premium when arranged through one
of our
contract providers. DCC currently has arrangements with the
following providers:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield - General
Health
- Anthem Blue View Vision
- Anthem Dental
Paid
Holidays
Because DCC services federal contracts, DCC
employees receive all federal
holidays as paid time off from work. This equates to the
following 10
paid holidays per year:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Discretionary
Leave
DCC offers three weeks of annual leave
during the first year of employment,
increasing to four weeks the following year. This leave may
be used at the discretion of the employees as personal time off or sick
leave.
A maximum of 160 accrued hours may be rolled
over to the next year.
There is no "use or lose" policy at DCC. Any
accrued leave over and
above 160 hours not used at the
end of a given calendar year will be paid to the employee as a bonus at
the hourly rate of the employee as of the end of that calendar year.
Retirement
Planning
DCC offers a 401K retirement savings plan.
Employees may
make pre-tax contributions, subject to IRS limits, and DCC will match
those
contributions up to a rate of 5% of their salary. Employees
have a range of investment options to choose from regarding money
contributed
to their 401K plan.
Security
Clearance Bonus
Nearly all federal contracts that DCC
services require that individuals
working on a project have a government security clearance.
Upon successful completion and granting of a security
clearance, DCC
employees receive a one-time cash bonus of 10% of their starting
salary, up to a
maximum of $10,000. Employees who already have the necessary
clearance for their position
when they are hired by DCC, will automatically be qualified for this
bonus. Clearance bonuses are paid after employees are on the
contract for six months, or within one pay period of receiving their
security clearance, whichever is longer.
