For Employers

Given adequate and detailed information about a particular government contract, DCC can locate skilled, qualified professionals to fill open positions.  We provide pre-screening of potential candidates, including resume review and preliminary phone interviews.  We can interface with a potential candidate to schedule in-person interviews and help negotiate the hiring process.  DCC services both prime contractors as well as other subcontractors.

For Employees

What makes DCC special is that it offers the flexibility of contract work with the stability and benefits of full-time employment.  We are not a placement agency.  While DCC can facilitate individual contractor arrangements if desired, our preferred approach is to hire a candidate directly.  As a DCC employee, a successful candidate deals solely with us for compensation and benefit issues, and with the supervisors of his or her specific contract position for day-to-day, work-related matters.
